Most of the NNN available with the down payment I have and ability to purchase in the 800k-1MM range are Dollar General type properties in rural areas that will have little to no value once they go dark.

Sometimes they will tell you about all of the available properties that you did not know about.

It's perjury and possible fraud if you use the loan to flip a property, so be careful in the future.As you found out, there are lots of programs in Baltimore to buy houses, but again, my understanding is that these are for homeowners so I hope you didn't sign documents to that effect.These loans used to be available for investors, but that stopped sometime around the year 2000.

Depending which shift you work, if you are available during the day or the evening when people are home, you can knock on doors and find someone willing to sell on owner financing.

I have been looking around at different single family properties available, however, I seem to be finding many that have 3 or more bedrooms and only one bathroom.

They should have forms available and they can help you navigate the complaint.

I've seen houses listed that said walk-throughs were only available with a 2-day notice, or a 2-week notice.
