They’re out there. another little tidbit is if you go on E bay most of the gurus  hand out a physical package of books and CDs  many put them on E bay for 50 bucks.. 

I'd put his stuff in the trash this afternoon and be done with it.Provided he is the sole owner and owned fee simple, verified with a thorough O &E title search.

The dumbest AE I've met is smarter than an average sales middle management banker person ("division vice president" or "area manager" or "emperor" or w/e) - they have to be, since they aren't asking you to sign a captive vendor agreement.
