I've found that having a hot tub gives a nice competitive edge. 

I will let you know if I find anything competitive.

You can't get a lot more than your neighbor when the units are all the same, so it's always a pricing competition.

You are doing it to suck up to Google butt.NEVER care about Google, and ONLY focus on your traffic.You need to be smarter than your competition.

It's a good rule of thumb if you're in a market with no competition.

They are trying to see what THEIR competition is doing that also does everything wrong.

Hello I am new Investor in an competitive Bay Area market.

I believe there are better choices for cashflow than that area- particularly when you’re putting so little down- given the extreme competition there and also given the limitations/ control over you.  

So just thinking there is going to be a ton of competition for accommodations coming out of this.. of course totally regional but I think thats whats going to happen to get people back to traveling and staying in hotels/ airbnb  resorts etc.
