There is no yard or lawn in the property so no grass cutting, not sure if i will need to pay someone for snow removal in the winter.

I am originally from the small town if Kelso, WA, but am now based, at least in the Fall and Winter, in Seattle.

The winter season, November to end of February  you will be lucky to rent by the month what you rent per week in high season.

@Marc Winter That's the one I have on my current apartment, that can be rekeyed on the fly.

Winter is typically my slowest season but I still have all the weekends booked. 

Also, its SUPER important that if you invest in colder areas that freeze that you make sure to keep heat on throughout the winter as vacancies can lead to freezing pipes (I learned the hard way... twice).
