Ask for a breakdown of fees and an explanation why the interest rate increased.

I expect the 2 family to bring in 6k this year since the escrow amount lowered 225 for me and I am increasing rents. 

Assuming I purchase a house with the intent to fix and flip in a 6 month window, do the carrying costs I pay increase my cost basis, such that my taxable profit is decreased?

Market rent from what I can see in the area is about $3,000 per month for that size place, they are currently paying $2,000 per month as my PM was advising me she doesn't increase that much.

If yours isn’t doing that for you, they are not worth another minute of your time.

I wouldn’t be so focused on interest rates and more so focused on where you can find a good deal that cash flows and increases your ROI.

And finally what do they charge for so you can decide if the difference in service/rent/repairs are worth the difference in fees/costs. 

Ultimately, this is not worth the time nor aggravation to pursue.
