I'd like to know how much weight an NFA carries with the subject pad and what I have to worry about in the future if a case then resumes related to my soil even though it would likely be determined that the neighboring gas station was responsible.

Dust contaminated with lead could be from poor house upkeep, children toys made in China, exterior emission if the property is located by a highway, or transfer from another owner occupant as in the case of the kid's grandparent house as the story listed in the Toledo Blade newspaper.  

They have no incentive to lie about the tenant's character, payment timeliness, and property upkeep.

I'm also aware of fees that may come with condo's that cover up keep and etc.

Of course there are SOME people that just don't want to own, but only a small percentage.Another point to consider, is the fact that this type of tenant, although generally will take much better care of a home, also generally expect a higher level of response and quality of repairs and upkeep from the landlord.

Will be a pain for lawn upkeep and harder to attract/retain tenants with all those steps.

In this addendum I've included the pet rent and the additional deposit amount as well as info on the pet breeds, weights, names, etc.

While the real estate investing has been tough, I am way happier now, even at a fraction of my W-2 income, than I ever was under the oppressive weight of being a cog in a wheel that was soul crushing.

Although you owned the property before marriage, the assumption is that the expenses, such as upkeep, repair, taxes, insurance, etc will be paid out of joint funds.

It makes tenant turnover and general upkeep more of a streamlined process.
