You might be the less than 1% exception and I applaud you for that but, remember how hard it was to get that job even with an MBA.....I'd be real reluctant to let that go anytime soon.

I remember Sun City Anthem did this back in 2006.

One of the towns I invest in has quite a few lots available, but when I spoke with the code enforcement office, I was told they couldn't remember the last time there was new construction in the town.

I remember back when I had my license they drummed that into our head in school that you HAD to have all title holders sign the listing agreement.
