I understand you are coming from a valid place, but to the seller it likely won't be viewed that way and you are only afraid of losing your job, not actually unemployed.

You don't want to be the drafter and take short cuts as there is a possibility that the court system may view this transaction as a consumer-to-lender transaction.

Obviously, you provided keys and if you and she both signed lease, this likely will be viewed as an eviction case at this point.Beyond that, maybe offering to pay her to move will get her out.
