If this is going to be your only place there (and the renovations aren't huge), I'd suggest taking a two or three week vacation to Orlando this year to oversee the project yourself :)Good luck!

We are having a hard time finding an insurance company who will provide any policy for us to be able to use the property as a vacation rental with stays less than a minimum of 7 days.
