Skills and BackgroundI have been involved with Real Estate for many years licensed both in California and Nevada.  

Having managed large scale renovations for the last 5 years I have the knowledge of managing projects as well as the skill-set to put in sweat equity.

But not everyone has the interest or skill to invest long distance and long distance has EXTRA expenses.So it is about choices. 

Many of the builders lost subs to jobs where they were restoring flooded projects and in general the subcontractor pool in Austin is very small for skilled labor.  

With my capital gains each month through my full time job, I seek to invest my leftover time and money and heart solely into real estate.What I bring to you, my knowledge and experience from a decade in building a huge networking business/team.I am looking to connect with professionals highly skilled in flipping , wholesaling and experience in buying and holding rentals.

A skill saw or mitre box with a hardi blade is best to use.

This being my third flip I am feeling pretty good going into it, and feel that my organization/planning skills are vastly improved from the early days. 

Currently I am going through a counseling/coaching course to build my skill set while working towards creating my own businesses.My ultimate goal is to buy and renovate real estate to flip on the market.

The property has unique (to say the least) challenges that require an equally unique skill set to solve.

I'm hoping to use my skills to help me become the real estate "tycoon" so I can be more involved in investing.
