I’m looking at renting to traveling nurses, but generally how are you researching comparable rates so you know you’re priced right?

Because International travel and real estate investing is a great interest to me, I thought I would introduce myself and hope to start a conversation on options for the favorite places to purchase real estate for like-minded people. 

In my opinion if you're really looking to spend some serious money building a real estate business you should travel to the area that you're looking in and pick the one you're most comfortable with.

I am traveling to Lafayette the second week of December to close on Grandma's house.

The pent up travel demand seems that it will foreshadow an explosive recovery later next year.

It will probably be a gradual increase and maybe take all of 2022 to get the business back....and even then you wonder....will corporate travel make 100% comeback or after 2 years of zoom will some travel get cut back permanently?
