Hello All,I recently stumbled on BiggerPockets website while browsing around to find some information on how to get started in Real Estate Investing.  

On their website they state they are "making waves on Bigger Pockets", but I see no references on this site other than a copy and paste of their website verbiage in a blog post.

Others that I've seen recommended here are Norman Praet (http://www.bwpf-law.com/) and Travis Barkley (I don't know his website)

Our web site gives prospective renters all the information they need to know, including maps to the location, pictures, square footage, rental policies, rental applications, links to our background check, etc.

You can only fax documents and they have 400 people that are relying on a very bad system the records very little information so you end up talking to different customer support people that can not really help if you need help and that ask you to fax them a print screen of the website if you have a question about a page on the website.

Or going to the events listed in it and handing out business cards with a link to the property website.

( Ads, website, craigslist ) Does your contract require an exclusivity clause for the listing?

Hello Everyone,I received this message a while back from Aaron Junck, another Sioux Falls investor that has been active on BP.Mike, Our REIA meetings are the 3rd thursday of each month at 630 pm at the Keller Williams Realty office just behind 69th and western on the northwest corner.We have another REIA group that meets the 3rd saturday of each month at 9am at premos tax on 26th and marion.I am currently in the process of trying to combine the two groups but have nothing set in stone yet.I went to one meeting and it was informative but I have not been able to get back to another one yet.He also provided a link to one of the REIA websites.
