Before growing your team, I'd first recommend zeroing in on a target location.

Oklahoma City is a good market, but all markets can be profitable when you learn more about them than anyone else.

There are soooooo many wholesalers that took a 3 day course or learned it from youtube, it is likely they don't know what they are doing either.

Do you plan on self managing or hiring a property management team?

The better you learn your market the better you will do.

As I've been learning, there are the key taxes to understand when investing into a new area or state:- State business income tax (if you have an LLC)- State personal income tax (if they want to tax you too, even as an out-of-state investor)- City personal or business income taxes- Any registration fees due the city/state- City/state property taxesAnd I'm sure more!
