Please don’t advise people to act in such a manner, it is a disservice to them and everybody reading it, not to mention the poor seller left with a broken escrow and having to start over again.As to dealing with agents, you are barking up the wrong tree for wholesale deals.

Not like you can miss that much damage especially if they have properties themselves. 24 hour notice go inside and verify.. also 550 rent is not enough gross income to sustain a SFR you will lose money on this deal over time it will be a slow bleed.
