@Simon Shih Sure thing Simon, there is a gentleman named Ted Jones he was the leading econmist for Texas A & M Real Estate and is now Chief Economist at Stewart Title, he put on the presentation and I am sure you can google him and look him up to find that out what I just said was correc and that @sharon  Tzib was also in attendance along with a few hundred other people.I am curious if you think somethings I said and know to be true were not correct, meaning that there was a net increase of 23,000 jobs in Houston (Labor Department) , the fact that Houston has two international airports (Bush and Hobby), 2 major airlines have hubs here (united and southwest) and I know this since I am a pilot for one of them, the fact that we have the largest medical facility in the world...
