How long do you hold money for if someone asks you for a loan and you hold the amount that they need?

Every time I hear someone say they have "x amount" of doors, that tells you nothing about their portfolio.

Hi @James Devoe, I wouldn't be optimistic about being able to refinance or sell to someone using a mortgage.

ALL my deals have been off market, Also stop focusing on areas as that is what the internet is telling you.

Please someone tell me the logic on how costs on the buy side will drop with less agents.I can see good buyers agents commanding over 3% because they are worth it and will be operating against a bunch of poorly trained flat fee discount brokerages.
