I'll get that from the courthouse.I'll need the loan number of the mortgage wit US Bank, the GF may have this as she has been making payments, otherwise I will need the borrower's social security number forthe bank to lookit up as they probably won't give me the loan number at this point.I'm also going to need a Special Durable Power of Attorney from my inmate owner as he won't be showing up to do anything.

Tenant's security deposit from Social Services has been declined - now what?

The deposit was $500, credited towards the total security deposit, and the tenant told me she would be getting the balance from a social services agency once I provided her with a copy of the C/O to send them.That took an extra week to get, but I gave her the C/O and she submitted it to the agency yesterday.

Many of my clients pay their salary in December once they know what their year end is going to look like.You will have to have very significant(Greater than 5mil) earnings to be ineligible to operate as an S-Corporation.They will only pay Social Security and Medicare on their salary the additional is passed through to them as a distribution which is not subject to SS or Medicare.As I said before though if you are in a very high tax bracket you may want to consider setting up differently.
