Demand is high all over the area and supply just can't keep up.So how is it in your corner of the state?

Our blanket policy works well for us with a housing shortage we are experiencing so there is an endless supply of qualified applicants that do not have any records or have ones that have aged out.This is just a prospective from a landlord’s perspective what you can understand where they are coming from and for other landlords to consider in their decision making.LANDLORDS: If you do not have a written policy, you could find yourself and your company in jeopardy.

Now I need to decide if I continue to rent furnished or store the furniture and rent unfurnished for $200 less/month.The apartment supply has increased and I have more competition.

I have a property to wholesale that has its certificate of meth abatement after someone smoked there.

Every night the kids invite their friends over to talk on the terrace and smoke weed.

Talked with a seasoned owner this weekend, and he was telling me he is meticulous about checking/adding smoke detectors when he gets a new place.  

I would reach out to the town and they should be able to supply the history. 

I'll have to see if I can find an 'Address service requested' stamp at an office supply store.

The current owner by law, in DC has to supply their tenants with notice and it is in your best interested to make sure these notices are delivered as scheduled.
