Has there been anyone who invested in monthly distribution ATM syndication and have not received distributions for the past several months?

I am looking to get started in real estate investing in Northern New Jersey. 

It may also be a downer if you got into real estate partly to enjoy the business.Think about why you are invested in real estate besides making money.

Are you planning to invest in out-of-state properties, or are you focusing on local opportunities?

For investment properties you should be using private/hard money lenders, but if it's a primary or you have a long window of time to secure the financing then traditional may be the way.Overall, it should be easier to get approved via creative financing though as there are options and workarounds for nearly every scenario (they just may cost more the more creative you need to get).

Were they single-zone systems or multi-zone, if multi-zone how many head units?
