The free leads you will get as a newbie will likely be the long shots and scraps nobody wants to put time into.Most of those never amount to a closed sale but some do.I remember way back when I did residential a trick was to go to new home subdivision developments and preview houses of different lots.

Many property managers I have met here are really eager to jump to me and say they would love to work with me and that they are the best.I was actually so frustrated that I had to develop my own company to help my clients and myself.
