I was thinking, if I want to sell it, the only way to persuade myself to sell it would be if I bought a smaller house in that area.

As a realtor you cannot act fake, you need to be excited for all the people you help sell homes for you cannot put on a fake persona every time you try to sell a property or you will most likely end up unhappy.

You can't trust the numbers that any wholesaler or turnkey company gives you because they are just trying to sell you a property and get it off their books.

This project has horribly gone wrong, and I cannot sell at this stage.

The market here is still high and I could sell with a great return, but the rent that we can get is very high so not sure selling is the smart option. 

Plus, with the condition and location, even if you got it for a good price, it might be hard to sell later on.

My question is should I sell and take the equity and buy potentially 2 or 3 additional townhomes?

The team makes  this city even a better place to invest we  are now even selling turn key properties.

Here is how I determine if I’m going to keep a flip as a “Buy & Hold” or Sell it to an end buyer.
