We do plan to self manage the property, we moved down last summer and live locally.We just love the Venice area  and it was our ideal vacation spot before we moved.

Any loan officer can get in the first rental property but only a select few will use rental income when you purchase the next property.

This place is in a prime spot for renters and brings in great cash each month.
