I give them every opportunity to self-disqualify themselves before they submit the application.What's amazing to me is the number of people out there who are oblivious regarding their credit scores or what's in their credit report.

Zero criminal background.Credit score above 650 and preferably above 700.Different markets have different tolerances, and individual landlords have their own tolerances as well.

You can also ask your loan officer questions like, "in order to qualify for an FHA loan to purchase a duplex of $300,000, what would my income and savings need to be based on my current liabilities and credit score?".

I get it though be expensive pulling title .. only to not buy the note.sounds like daisy chains are still out there.. just the note version of no money wholesalers that are rampant in the fixed asset space.
