Which direction is the subdivision trending, do individuals within that vicinity take pride in their homes? 

Rich Lennon, thanks so much for turning me onto the series LLC.

I am very familiar with the Katy, Memorial and Spring Branch areas of Houston, and now I am out in Cypress, Tx.To start my education, I have been listening to BP podcasts, and I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Richest Man in Babylon. 

Like many people I hear in the BP podcast and other real estate podcasts for that matter, I was introduced to the idea of real estate through "Rich Dad, Poor Dad."

Maurice,I'm a new member to the BP community but have closed hundreds of rental properties with individual clients and also corporate clients.  

I also have a meetup once a month in Yonkers and we play the rich dad cash flow game.

Almost invariably, those individuals say the one's who get it done are those who "jumped in", "grew a pair", or "pulled the trigger".

If they are individual SFR properties,  just rehab them one at a time.  

Sometimes you can search the online county records for this information.In addition, I believe it is required by all states that the individual counties must publish (in a public publication) the list of all properties that will be auctioned off on the courthouse steps (this would include all foreclosures).  

But I want to hear from individuals on the forum as well.What are you looking for in an agent?
