Just remind the agent/seller that an investor needs the numbers to evaluate if there should be an offer. 

Rent is due the 1st..I give late notice on 2nd reminder and late fee apply on the 3rd. 

Just my 2 cents.I was going to write a bit about multi-unit buildings and then I reminded myself of rent control.

I dont know that they can setup that way however without being reminded.
