My good friend does nothing but notes and makes a decent annual return, but he doesn't benefit from appreciation, depreciation, and the larger total rates of return found in prudent income properties.Bottom line is your IRA can be a great tax fee vehicle, but you are bound to certain rules and regulations.

Never paid and just left during the holidays.I guess the main question is if the tenant has any legal recourse if he is able to get a doc to sign off on some health issue due to a possible mold environment.
