There's contractors with stuff to unload.

The predetory contractors I have encountered have tended to be the cheapest bids.

China and India are gobbling up alot of construction materials, pushing prices up and with low unemployment, contractors are charging higher rates. 

If not you will need to reduce rents further as they have to drive clothes to the nearest facility.Is this sitting on extra land that I can't see where you could redevelop or sell off??

I have my list of contractors to use.

They will manage the project better, they will make improvements that have pay-back, they have a set of trustworthy contractors, etc...

., more than a couple hours drive from me, do I want the ability for a manager to make a deposit in an emergency if a contractor has to come fix something and has to be paid RIGHT NOW - or - do I just send him a wire from wherever I am and tell him (the contractor) to get to work?
