However what I found to be the most effective is working with realtors within the investment space.

Not a common occurrence for sureI don't agree with the thought process that a RE broker would save you in this situation this is clearly title insurance and why you always want it..

It's not the ideal living condition, but it's a proven method of investing when real estate is unaffordable.
