Fundamentally, investors have to believe in interest rates coming down, or believe rents will rise rapidly in the commercial space to justify buying property at cap rates below interest rates.

It rented for around $300 a night and appreciated rapidly since it was on the west coast.

Covid was the biggest challenge and the rapidly increasing costs of supplies.

If you are going to scan all 254 counties are you willing to attend an auction in any one of those counties?
