What are the prospects of building?

When you call and act like a prospective tenant, how do they treat you...do they try to get you over to the property THAT DAY and hook you?

When you market your house on a LO, be sure you send the prospects to lenders like @Sam Ally so he can check them out.

Whatever you decide to do, make sure you keep hitting your prospects (as Christopher mentioned).  

I could put it towards principal, and be debt-free in a few years.On the other hand, I worry about the implications that might have when selling the place, because the prospective buyer won't get any money from them, and is stuck with a cell phone tower for basically as long as the company wants.

The second round sounds a bit low for a follow up email but a decrease is to be expected because the most interested prospects already got back to you in the last round. 

Good neighborhoods and nice homes generally increase your tenant pool prospects and tend to have far less issues if you do your due diligence.Assuming that you'll be self-managing, make sure that your rental is within an easy commute from your home.

If a prospect tells us they are SEC 8, we ask if they have already received their landlord packet and new voucher.  

Would this be attractive to prospective college students?
