I came across this program called REIVault and i was very interested on the things they offer.

I am really in the first stages, I have seen programs that are focused in real estate, not MBAs but I also have to make a plea to the military that my desired education will benefit them.

I started the Dave Ramsey program and and cleared 150K in debt in a few years. it was at this time that I got into bigger pockets.

As for active listings, the only things I have to go off of at the moment are the Student housing prices per semester at the University, and one luxury apartment complex that has a 2 bed 2 bath asking for about $3,160 (includes 24 hour fitness center, monthly catered Resident Receptions, health and wellness programs, and a resort-style pool.
