Is anyone willing to share recommendations for local hometown banks/credit unions, wholesalers, private lenders, contractors, and property managers?

I want to go with private money and I can raise the money for a down payment from 2 (possibly 1) investor. 

Where can we go to find private investors who will back us?

We will be looking to do syndication deals and bring on private investors.  

Would it be wise to seek a private investor?

Hey BP,I am trying to find a private money lender to assist with the finances of house flipping.

If my deal/need for the financing is what it should be, then all of the rest of the dialogue is moot.Do you find it much harder to find worthwhile deals for long term buy and hold for cash flow especially with private lending?

I spoke to a private lender about my intentions and he said he's never structured a deal like this.
