Contractors and information security don't go hand in hand when it comes things like this.I would advise you make the contracts air tight as far as who is liable for what goes on while a specific contractor is "in control" of the site, and get a really good in insurance plan.A better idea would be to use an app like taskrabbit, or WeGoLook to have inspections done, and just use the cameras to get a sense of the pace work is happening at, and if your contractors are slacking off or not.

The cold air is produced in the freezer compartment and then circulates down into the fridge.

I can't see much from the photos, but those window unit air conditioners don't help the building.

Ideally, the attic air temp should be the same as outside.

Also, there are some plumbing issues, along many little things like faucet leaks, stove burners not worker, ac air-flow not working properly, etc.  

What I would highly recommend is put a solid tenant screening process in place to prevent this from happening again. 

The rules might prevent short term rentals, regulate landscaping and architectural standards..As  long as you know the ccrs of a community it should not prevent your wholesale projects but from the viewpoint of a homeowner there a many tangible benefits of a hoa 

@Ndy Onyido  as for Acronyms you should listen to pilots and Air traffic control.. sometimes called ATC... there is a whole book of them..
