You can't change a neighborhood my yourself, but they can be turned around.By the same token, buying a property that is just passing beyound it's most popular area, you know, that subdivision about 15 years old that use to be "the place" to live, will generally begin to turn from owner occupied to a desirable rental area.

When I acquire a property, I sell it on my website in addition to e-bay, Yahoo, and by direct mail, and classifieds.I am also considering e-mail marketing, but no one likes spam.I will post my website here when I pass the 10 mark.I print my own flyers with color and black and white printers, ( I use two passes, once through a color inkjet, then through a laser.)
