Did anyone else get this e mail the other day from the National Association of Realtors wanting to increase dues by $40 dollars?

You can't change a neighborhood my yourself, but they can be turned around.By the same token, buying a property that is just passing beyound it's most popular area, you know, that subdivision about 15 years old that use to be "the place" to live, will generally begin to turn from owner occupied to a desirable rental area.
