This is why I encourage you to dig deeper into the industry, and here some pieces of advice: 1.

I manage a syndication business and getting intrigue and kind of interested about exploring fund raising through these platforms.

Brand new to the industry I'm based out of MN and am looking for advice on how best to network and build relationships on this platform.

Platforms - BP, FacebookBigger pockets is probably one of the best places to build a buyers list (shocker, I know).

Fast forward to this year and we're having our best year ever (despite the pandemic) and I wanted to come on here and mainly be a voice of encouragement for anyone that needs it.

I was on the fence about sending a hypothetical deal to a HML for fear I'd be wasting their time, but looks like you got a response with some numbers you can work with for the future, so that's encouraging.  

I figured that if we can end up being sucessful here without prior experience, it should be a big encouragment to new investors in other markets.

I took a look at your PM site and will probably have some questions before too long.Thanks to everyone else for the welcomes and encouragement.  

I am already learning a lot from here... and I would want to be a very well established and astute real estate investor in the nearest future so I will like to use this as a platform for growth and learning for myself and others.

Encourage the buyer and buyers agent to use your lender.
