I have used them plenty of times for my personal LLCs. 

Also worth taking a look at cities and metros in person, although the flight and hotel/air bnb can add up, you can generally write those costs off, and in general getting on the ground and feeling the energy of a city or market can tell you a lot about the intangibles there.  

My tax person said that i have to buy on my name and after one year i can add partner in it.

These loans are typically intended for borrowers purchasing a second home for personal use, such as a vacation home or a secondary residence.

I have no personal debt other than my mortgage and car.
