i work for a GC that does remodels & custom homes.... he's doing a couple Million dollar homes this year & i've also heard of a good handyman 

I would have thought SmartMove as an arm of TransUnion would have caught this, but was just informed by their customer service that they only do a check based on name and where previously lived, NOT by social security number.

They’ll also be familiar with local permitting etc.

I am ready to cut off this relationship ( lol - disappointed customer☺).

Are there any specific street design requirements, DOT requirements, permits or traffic studies. 

Also, you'll be judged on how you do respond or providing good customer service.

There were no true comps and the appraiser gave the permitted ADU no value as a unit or even as livable sq ft. 

Went over budget because we hand a lot of custom additions to make it unique and stand out.

What is the key trait that would make a customer want to live in this property?
