Rents raise over time and the cash flow will come too- just not right away, you have to be patient, but it will be worth it.  

This will be an interesting recovery with opportunity for those that are patient.

Hospitals in many areas are practically empty because the only patients they are admitting are emergencies, maternity, and virus patients - and they have very few virus patients.

As a new investor be patient and that is the hardest thing to do even for people that have been in the industry for a long time.
