You are going to find that deep purpose for your life that will light a fire in your heart in under your butt when the going gets tough in real estate because believe me it WILL get tough at times.

It's definitely not for the faint at heart, but once you learn the ropes, it's a great way to make a living.

It's not necessarily right by a hospital (though there are two within a mile or two), but it is in the heart of things.

If real estate is where your heart is just follow the above and you'll be fine.

Unfortunately the culture we have bred is one that makes defaulting on debt quasi acceptable, which I whole-heartedly disagree with.

Hey @Troy S I don't think you misspoke and I think you are making a good point that we should all make sure we are in complete integrity with all our dealings.I think I get the heart of what you are saying (and I'm trying to keep with the intent of this thread) new investors are vulnerable and we MUST take care to not lead them in a manipulative way. 

I've heart Curt Davis on this site talk about the trainer Alan Cowgill as having good material, though I have no personal experience with him.Sorry, didn't mean to post this yet, will finish thought later, but you don't want to lecture the type 2 investor on stock market returns, for example, or you risk sounding like a novice.
