@Derek Meyer 1) Visit local bank and inquire about secured / unsecured lines of credit. 2) Ask parents/grandparents to get HELOC on home with equity. 3) JV with someone who has high income/liquidity but no deal/time. 4) Invest out of family or friends SDIRA (self directed IRA).5) Use tax return and or stimulus payments to fund first deal. 6) Wholesale a property with no money down- Get property under contract and assign contract to buyer for assignment fee.
