It appears that PersonalUmbrella.com should be able to handle one claim if under $25,000 total paid out. 

Highly recommend the paid version (very worth it). 

I have found a number of other users posted this question in the forum over the years but I cannot find a resolution anywhere.The way the Rental Property Calculator derives the "Profit if sold" number seems to have an error in it if you are using the function to increase the rental rate and expenses each year.

The goal was to have the trailer paid off and given your advice, we could add another double wide on the property or buy the property next to the one we would buy and not only are you living in your paid off trailer, you’re getting a check every month to go towards building the dream house in the back yard! 

We ended up putting $180,000 additional into the property to cover operating expenses, which we were able to reimburse ourselves through the warehouse property sale and operating profit since 2023.  

You are going to get paid every month and not going to have to worry if your place will be booked or not.

It's like any other service.. are you looking to get coffee with a friend at the best local coffee shop (still expensive) or do you need to place an order with starbucks for a corporate event you are hosting.

And you want to be cash flowing $5000/month after expenses.

I wasn't sure if that'd also apply to a cash-out refinance on a property that's already paid off?
