In Arizona in order to sell a business you need a RE license just like you do to sell RE, so I am guessing that you could do wholesaling the way you would in RE. 

Many will need referrals in order to get set up to invest.

Hey @Santi Figueira - you will have the most luck attending a few real estate meetups as that's where a lot of wholesalers will also be in order to find buyers for their deals. 

I would also do some research on historical performance of this asset class, see how they did from 2010-2014 as the low interest rate and subsidy from the government made every business lucrativeCase in point people buying y NFT’s for stupid money which are now worthless.If people don’t have the $ they won’t show up
