Each time on the first two I have bought in my name, renovated one side while living in the other, swapped sides renovating while living in the other, then rented out both sides when moving on to the next project.

I know it's a lot but this opportunity came up quickly and I have limited time to move on it. 

During Covid, I moved back to Augusta Georgia from St Petersburg Florida.

I am looking for an investment property in the 100k-140k range that is relatively move-in ready, and had been told to look in the Sherman/ Denison Area as the Dallas-Fort Worth area has gotten a bit too pricey.

More or less, the buyer just wants to move quickly to close which is really all it means. 

If you hold it in your name, you can always move it later, you just need to ensure you don't have a transfer tax associated.

Raised foundations tend to be easier to add bathrooms because plumbing can be moved under the house such as from an existing laundry room.

I would like to move to next level like flips,  buy-rehab-rent.
