We also had an attorney draw up a Quit Claim Deed and put our property where we live and also raise cattle in the LLC's name for pre-emptive (no foreseeable debts) outside asset protection from personal creditors (ex. medical bills).

Or teach a medical facility how to set up their company because I don't know the language or terminology to teach them 100%. 

But for $140k no, I don't believe that would pay for half of medical school. 

Back then, my C Corp charges my rental properties a fixed sum each year, as management fee, paid monthly, so monthly it has a steady income, and steady expense, namely my medical insurance, and medical deductibles.The way I was set up, I had the tenants issue checks to me personally, I don't use an LLC to hold properties.

Target audience would be the medical professionals and or within the area; I am surrounded by two hospitals within a ½ mile radius of the property and I have two colleges within the city.
