Anyway I would like to  know if anyone  has any advice  or thier story of transitioning  from the medical field to real estate investing? 

I would call 911 for a medical emergency.

As someone who has experience and connections in the medical field, cannabis industry, movie industry, as well as restaurants and bars, I would assume this knowledge and these connections may be something that would appeal to a large firm who buys and sells these type of businesses?

This epidemics without it being purely medical.

Also, there is a teaching hospital in the town, so we hear that medical residents like to rent out the houses with other medical residents while completing their residencies.

For my medium term rentals, I don't require an application because I get mostly traveling medical professionals and digital nomads who are screened through the booking platform (hello landing).

I currently work as director-level major gifts fundraiser for a non-profit here, but am hoping to parlay some of my skills to a career in real estate.My mother has worked as a real estate agent for a majority of my life (in TX), even starting her own company / brokerage six years ago, so I've grown up on the fringes of the real estate community.
