Even just buying stock in  a REIT that is liquid while your away cash it in when you get feet dry and then you can check out markets yourself..

There are so many reasons the owner may want to sell both properties:The properties may be on the same noteThe owner may be using a 1031 exchange strategyThe owner may just want to liquidate all @ once rather than spread it out w/ multiple transactions.

I wasn't sure if a regular nail gun was used or if it was something special.I talked to a guy at the builder supply store today, and he confirmed a regular coil nailer is used with "stiff stock" 1 1/2" nails.

It will have a strong solvent smell when you apply it, but that will mostly go away when you wipe it up.It comes in a spray can, every car parts store has it, and Wal-Mart usually does too.
