I don't have any experience there, but based on the metrics, it seems like an extremely solid place to investigate.

I want to use a DSCR loan, but I see many DSCR lenders are not willing to take a second position when underwriting these types of loans.

Hey Kyle - i know this was 2 years ago but are you still familiar w/ the area or has your opinion changed at all on this?

DSCR is a great option if you have debt to income limitations.  90% of my clients use the 10% down second home for STR’s

But after talking with the bank, I would not meet the debt to income ratio.
