If they want to micro-manage their investments and be involved in every decision or know every detail, I'm not the right guy for them.If your owners demand to know all the details, it demonstrates a lack of trust which means they are micro-managers or you haven't proven yourself yet.

Usually, this would include something like a holding company ("Hold Co"), typically a traditional LLC, which in turn then owns an investment entity, often a traditional or Series LLC, which will be the entity that owns the assets/property invested into (the "Investment Co").

Before you put dow $5-20K for training think about how much you woud have to invest to get that back at typical interst rates of 6% that most tax ae properties get bid down to.
