Its simply if others rent to professionals of a certain industry.They aren't, and your argument is so far out there the risk you propose falls into a file with the most frivolous of lawsuits, which one can never protect themselves against.

Plus, if you let her take this shed, you're allowing her onto YOUR property to do something extremely physical and potentially dangerous--which exposes you to a massive amount of liability (and unfortunately, some people would even take that as an opportunity to falsify some type of injury and file a lawsuit against you).At the end of the day, you should consult the relevant laws and the contracts, and then follow what they say.Good luck!

For family status: https://www.gblafairhousing.or....For the denial piece, we were informed in 2019 by the California Association of Realtors (CAR): https://www.car.org/-/media/CA...RentSpree did an interesting article on it: https://www.rentspree.com/lear...We were informed by CAR that it is now required, but this could be for Fair Housing Purposes to avoid a lawsuit.

I have a friend that avoided a lawsuit because he used a trust and the case apparently wasn't strong enough or worth the money to try and go through it.

If my city of 60k had to pay off a lawsuit to the tune of millions of dollars, chances are my taxes would go up and my property values would drop.If we were one of only a few houses that were impacted, it would be a different story.

If you or the business cannot justify the expense to have a lawyer draw up proper docs, both you and your business are probably not attractive targets for a lawsuit.
