Where do you guys meet up to network, share strategies and share tips?

On top of that you have the young kids from Braddock that run around everywhere making the neighborhood what it is today.

Students can be flaky, but if I could offer one tip or advice - find students in a science degree that are in their junior year or higher. 

Also I inspect a lot of flip properties so I know what people expect to find and want in a home.So if anyone has any suggestions or tips on what they would look for in a partner, or what I could do to become a better partner candidate Id really appreciate it.
